Skip a subset while converting to a consolidation

Hi All,

I am trying to convert my subsets to consolidation nodes in dimension and maintain in a alternate hierarchy. The problem here is if any of the subsets including top most hierarchy node it is breaking the hierarchy structure in dimension. Is there a way to skip a subset with top most hierarchy while trying to consolidation. I am capturing all subsets in a source file while converting to consolidation nodes.
