CAFE fails to retrieve database list

Hi,
I'm experiencing a problem with CAFE retrieving the databases list.
Datasource Type is IBM Cognos TM1, System URL = http://<tm1server>:9510.
Testing the connection it works, but when I try to browse the data, it fails to retrieve the databases list, with error "TM1 unavailable - requisite API layer not found. The Performance Management Hub are still running and may be able accept new resource requests".
I can connect to the same server with Architect and by TM1Web.
Same error if I try directly from a browser with "http://<tm1server>:9510/pmhub/pm/tm1/servers"
I checked the pmhum configuration and it's in line with the tm1s.cfg.
Has anybody already experienced this problem? Any ideas?
