Active Form swoping row dimensions around

Hi All,

I am trying to make an active form based on a view i have. two dimensions on the row side. the one dimension is all n-level and the other dimension is a consolidator with 2 elements beneath.

Example:

Test 1 All Data Sources
Calculated
Adjustment
Test 2 All Data sources
Calculated
Adjustment

When i active form this view out into excel the active form swops the dimensions starting from the second row.

Example:

Test 1 All Data Sources
Calculated Test 1
Adjustment
Test 2 All Data sources
Calculated Test 2
Adjustment

I am not sure as to why this is happening ? Both dimensions do have saved subsets.
