View Transaction Log not working Windows 10 Office 2016

Hi All
I just got a new laptop, which has Windows 10 (64bit)and Excel 2016 (32bit), and is 64bit
We are running TM1 10.2.0 and I have noticed that within Perspectives I cannot launch the "View Transaction Log...", when right-clicking on the TM1 Instance.
My old Windows 7, Excel 2010 worked, although occasionally I'd have to register the msmask32.ocx
I've checked to ensure it's not opening in stealth mode, and it is definitely not open, and for good measure I have also registered the masmask32.ocx, just in case, but still no luck.
I am able to "View Message log...", and other items in the menu, but not "View Transaction Log..."
What could be causing this issue and has anyone found a cure ? Is there something different in Windows 10 that I need to do ?
