According to this release from IBM:

PA is not supported as a data source for BI 10.2.x. Has anybody tried using PA as data source for Bi version 10.2? With support for TM1 10.2.2 coming to an end we're being forced (pretty much) to upgrade to PA. We're not able to upgrade the BI layer right now as moving to Cognos Analytics will be a much larger undertaking but after seeing this release we're a lot more nervous about doing so,
