Hello,
I am using IBM Cognos Packages as a data sourcee to connect TI in planning analytics. For that I have installed TM1 Package connector and configured in the IBM Cognos Connection with the BI gateway url.
Post Installation, when I create a new TI process, the option for IBM Cognos Packages is disabled. And when I try to open my existing TI process which uses Packages as data source shows error: "IBM Cognos data source package connector not installed".
Already tried reboot of the server and also tried this option -> https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview. ... wg21672787.
Also set the tm1s.cfg parameter CognosTM1InterfacePath=<path of package connector>.
Can someone help me out on this topic.

Are you running the 32-bit version of Architect?
