Hello,
Here is an issue. I created a new PAW server to replace an old one. The configuration is the same, and it accesses the same TM1 admin and web server. However, all databases that I still see on old server are not available on the new one. I can successfully login and create a new book, but then the database list is empty, and I don't get any errors.
All your ideas are greatly appreciated.

Look in the 'prism-platform' messages.log file to see if any errors are occurring when fetching the list of TM1 Servers from the admin host URL.

Re: PAW is unable to access TM1 databases
I found messages.log file on the server, the only issue I see is Java security certificate is not trusted. I guess I need to finish SSL install before I can test the server.

If you have a custom SSL certificate you will need to follow these instructions:
