HI Team,
Can anyone know why we are getting below error when we try to start app server.

Windows could not start IBM Cognos application server on local computer.
IBM congos products :Cmfg stopped working.

We are on 10.2.2 with fix pack 7.

This error occuered when the server settings are copied to a new cloud based server.
How do I check system logs.

Hi,

When you say cloud based. Is it your own "cloud" on say AWS, Google etc. Or is it Planning Analytics Cloud?

Yes, AWS server.
The error got fixed by uninstalling and re-installing tm1 on the server.
