Have you added the certs to
1) Tomcat folder
2) Java keystore
3) Windows Keystore
HAve you recycled the Tomcat working directory?

Isn't 10.1 still on IIS? I thought that the move to Tomcat came at 10.2. (Which is why I thought it odd that there was an instruction about Tomcat in the 9.5.x manual update instructions.)dsproffitt wrote:Have you added the certs to

Can you update your profile, please? (Via the User Control Panel that drops down from your name at the top right.) The main reason for having that field is so that people don't need to ask that question. Thanks.kiss351523 wrote:oh TM1 version:10.1, thanks.gtonkin wrote:please confirm the version of TM1 you are experiencing this issue on.

Might be wrong but I though 10.1 web is IIS but tomcat was used for some of the contributor stuff.

AFAIK, you just need to run the following from the command prompt, as admininistrator, in the SSL folder after stopping services and replacing the certifcates with the new ones.
There is a lot more waffle in the IBM doc but not relevant.
Code: Select all
importsslcert.exe -remove
importsslcert.exe

That's correct, but if you don't do it then you won't be able to connect with Architect either. Yet the original poster claims that the latter is possible and it's only Web that isn't showing the list of servers.gtonkin wrote:AFAIK, you just need to run the following from the command prompt, as admininistrator, in the SSL folder after stopping services and replacing the certifcates with the new ones. There is a lot more waffle in the IBM doc but not relevant.Code: Select all

Restarting the Web Publishing Service wouldn't be an entirely bad idea to see whether that rectifies it. I didn't explicitly do it but I rebooted the physical servers as a precaution and because they were overdue for it anyway, which amounted to the same thing. It doesn't cost anything to give it a shot.

I too may be wrong but think they piloted Ops Console on java on 10.1, so potentially this would require some update if configured and in use.declanr wrote:Might be wrong but I though 10.1 web is IIS but tomcat was used for some of the contributor stuff.
