TM1 User Group - Scotland (Glasgow)

TM1 User Group - Thursday 6th March 2014

At the end of a successful first TM1 User Group held in Glasgow last September, all attendees agreed that it should become a regular event and be held every 6 months:

In similar fashion to the last event it is intended to purely be a chance for anyone who interacts with TM1 to attend and discuss the product with other users.

Currently we are looking to construct an agenda for the afternoon; so any suggestions of topics will be welcome.

Examples of topics from the last user group are:
  • An overview of Cognos Insight
  • An overview of TM1 10.2 (by myself, 2 days after it was released  )
  • Server migration (dev to prod promotion) techniques

It will be at the Holiday Inn, West Nile Street, Glasgow (NOTE - Holiday Inn and NOT Holiday Inn Express... they are next to each other), the event will start at approximately 1pm with a buffet lunch before hand and is completely free of charge to all attendees and most importantly there will be beers (or other forms of beverage) provided afterwards!
I personally will be staying through in Glasgow that night; as will a couple of others - so anyone will be welcome to join us in the bar/s.

A link to a registration page will be provided as it becomes available but in the mean time a quick reply to say if you plan to attend and any topic suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Declan

Further to the information above there is now a setup on the barrachd website to register for the event:
