Element weight cannot be <= 0.001 SR#85580999616

Setting element weighting to values less than or equal to 0.001 in a dimension worksheet (xdi) is not possible and the element weight defaults to 1.
Updating the element weighting via the dimension editor with the same value works fine.
This problem is new to 9.4 and did not occur in 9.1.
