Not too sure this is the problem, the fact that Excel 2007 now support 1 million rows and 16 thousand columns may be the cause of the performance issue. Instead of Citrix, we are looking at implementing TM1 client using MS Terminal services due to low number of remote users.
Is there anything we should watch out for on the TS or TM1 setup?
