Yep. The problem is on 9.4MR1 FP1. I don't remember seeing the same behavior in 9.1.4. The error in our case ends up with a type mismatch and the whole excel has to be closed and re-opened. There are other MR1/FP1 issues like the edit formula (worksheets reference) etc....well. 9.1.4 is much more st...

Supply all parameters.
eg;
=SUBNM("server:dimension',"","")
It used to work with just the 1st parameter but seems like FP1 has changed that.

Not too sure this is the problem, the fact that Excel 2007 now support 1 million rows and 16 thousand columns may be the cause of the performance issue. You can try to create a excel process template based on Excel compatibility mode (pre-2007 format) and see if that helped in the performance. Let u...

Uninstall the MS security patch introduced by KB960715 (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/advisory/960715.mspx) and you will be fine. Instead of Citrix, we are looking at implementing TM1 client using MS Terminal services due to low number of remote users.
Is there anything we should watch out for on the TS or TM1 setup?
