I instead of microcharts I use sparkcharts from bissantz.com which I think are the same product. Their web site indicates that they support Htlm documents. Hope this helps and not hinders.

Another consideration is that the FICA % cap is 6.2% on wages of 97,500 in 2007 (102,000 in 2008), but this cap is applied on an employee by employee basis. I use Charlie's ideas for dashboarding in excel in conjunction with TM1 all the time. Although he references PowerOLAP, his ideas are easily transferable. I like using his ideas when I present something in excel.
