Not a problem. Really appreciate the help.
Still haven't solved this one. Extremely puzzling.
I have images of the machines before the upgrade so I can go back in time but I would rather am confused as to why the add-in fails to appear.

Hi Mal, Thanks for that. When we upgraded Excel on the virtual Citrix machines, we searched for all *.exd files and deleted them and subsequently were able to add the Xcelerator client add-in. If I RDP onto the machine and start Excel 2010, Xcelerator loads correctly on start up. It seems like there...
