Tm1 web 10.2 set up but not visible on clients- port #?
Hi, We've installed Tm1 web 10.2 on a separate server to the TM1 server. The url on the webserver brings back the Tm1 web login using: http://localhost:9510/tm1web/ or replacing the localhost with the webserverID. So all is fine on the webserver, however on the client side, we can't see TM1 web usin...

Re: Perspectives Run-Time Error '91'
Hi all, We have installed 10.2.2 and are using Excel 2010 on a windows 2008 remote desktop. Some users are getting this same message each time they create a slice/snapshot, others using the same remote session don't get it. Does anyone know of a fix without disabling the TM1 ribbon file? I'd rather ...

Re: RDS deployed as a published app
Thanks tomok, it actually looks like an excel session on the user's desktop, but requires a log in to the RDS. Testing looks promising in terms of response times so i'm wondering if anyone else is using TM1 this way. I've attached a screenshot with the login page and how excel looks once the RD app ...

RDS deployed as a published app
HI, We have a new TM1 environment setup and have an option to deploy TM1 to the users using the RDS published app from Windows 2008 server. We have the RDS Web and RDS Application and Broker Server setup and it's available only for internal users. At this early stage, the testing is going ok. Has an...

Re: Multiple versions of Excel
Thanks very much for the advice & comments- much appreciated.
Upgrading to Excel 2010 and v 9.5.2 in the near future is another option. Does anyone have any negative experiences with using Excel 2010 & 9.5.2?
Thanks,
Fionnuala

Multiple versions of Excel
Hello, We are using 9.4 FP2 and Excel 2003. We will be moving to Excel 2007 but some of the users want to continue to have the option of using Excel 2003. All users access Tm1 via a terminal server so I’m looking to see if anyone has experienced any excel problems with two versions of excel with Tm1...

Re: ASCIIOutput a tab delimited file
Thanks Jim, I'll try that.
It certainly seems like there's no option in TI so a batch file might do the trick.
Thanks,
Fionnuala
BTW I'm using 9.4FP3

Re: 9.4.1 Hotfixes
Hi
I can't see Hot Fix 12 for 9.4.1 in the location below.. there are only HF for 9.5.
Does anyone know where I'd find it or does IBM only leave the HF's there for a limited time?
https://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/fromibm/im/GRT/
Thanks

Long Range Plan scenario
Hello, We have a requirement to provide a long range plan for 2011 and 2012 for our financial reports. I'm wondering if anyone out there would have best practice on how these new scenarios would interact with a time dimension? We've got one time dimension, so the option I see would be to input data ...

Character restrictions in cube and dim names
Hi,
Does anyone know if Tm1 would have any problems with non-alpha characters in cube/dim names? e.g. '&'
I'm using 9.4 MR FP2 HF16
thanks,
Fionnuala
