Comments/Annotations in TM1

I have a challange with comments. I'd like to display multiple comments over time for the same cube intersection. By nature comments are overwritten in TM1. How can I achieve this? I'm thinking about two comment elements where I can move current comment to historic comments with a TI-process. The hi...

When users are slicing and filtering one of the larger dimensions in contributor it takes considerable longer than if they do exactly the same using cube views in TM1 web. The application is a simple one cube with 6 dimensions (account, time, version...

TM1 Application Web Workflow

Hi,

does anybody know where workflow status is stored in TM1? Second question could you change the workflow status by using a TI process instead of having users access workflow page and submit?

Connect TM1 to SAS DW

Has anybody tried to connect TM1 9.5.2 to a SAS DW. As far as I can see it's not supported, but sharing any experience on using for example ODBC is appreciated.

Re: Subset picklist beginning with blank

thanks for all valid points, in this case it's a usability issue as mentioned. If contributor mistype or change his/her mind it would be useful if you can make it blank again

I need to apply security to rules, i.e. users should not be able to see cube rules and not be able to amend them. How do you achieve that?

Thanks

I know you can use filter by wildcard function in subset editor and use * if you don't have the complete name. Howe...

Thanks, I guess I could use now function in Excel. It could be relevant also for active form and slice because if I save such an excel document and turn calculation off I could still open and read the figures without knowing when they were retreived.
