Re: Retrieving Data using Alternate Hierarchy
Has anyone heard of any update to adding alternate hierarchy capabilities in DBRW's yet?

Blank for List Item in PAW Button Parameters
Hello, I have a PAW button on a workbook targeting a process. For one parameter, I want to use a List with just a value and a blank, except I can't figure out how to make a blank an option. It obviously defaults to blank, but can't be changed back after. Does anyone know a workaround for this withou...

Issue Migrating PAW Workbooks with Buttons
Hey there, We're having an issue migrating PAW Workbooks between servers with buttons targeting processes. We have a prod and nonprod server. The prod server doesn't have the same TM1 instance name as any of the instances on nonprod. When we migrate workbooks from the prod server to the non prod ser...

Re: File Datasource in PAW
Ugh. Nevermind. This was actually an issue with a hidden character that I pasted into the parameter. It works fine now.

File Datasource in PAW
This is the first time I created a process in PAW using a file as a datasource. I've created plenty using Architect, and have been using PAW for a few months now. I selected a file, and it saved to the model_upload folder in the Data directory. I finished writing the process and everything went as e...

Re: Rule Derived Element Security
I just came across this issue with a new company. They have PrivilegeGenerationOptimization turned on. I added rules to an element security cube, and the security did not take. I added feeders from clients group to the element security cube, and that got the security working. I fed from clients grou...

Re: 83265,999,616 CAFE Not Returning All Rows Without Warning
I was able to build a view directly in CAFE, and got the correct result. But the Architect produced view continues to have issues.

Re: 83265,999,616 CAFE Not Returning All Rows Without Warning
I just experienced the same issue where Architect was showing 200+ rows, but CAFE capped it at 57. The row limit is currently set to 500. Did IBM or anyone else ever find a solution? I noticed the model I'm working on experiencing this uses UNDEFVAL. Alan - Do you know if your model had the same set...

Re: Active form websheet not populating
I know this post is a little old, but I just came across this same issue in a 10.1 environment. Excel was rebuilding the active form, but TM1 Web would not. I was also heavily using named ranges. I finally noticed that I had created a named range, but spelled the name incorrectly and corrected it af...

Does anyone have any information regarding this TM1 formula in Excel? I'm using TM1 10.1. I just noticed this formula in Excel while working on a websheet. I feel that it's functionality would be pretty useful, but I cannot find any context regarding this formula anywhere on the web. According to th...
