Worked when I did the download from a different machine. Even though it did re-download each time it ust have had a dud copy stuck in the IE cache someplace.

HF12 wasn't any faster though so if we don't get anywhere with it I'll get in touch Warwick.

Fixed this by doing the copy again but making sure the tm1s.cfg AdminHost was set correctly before the TM1 Server service was started. I think something got messed up when it still pointed at the previous server when it started the first time.

Here's a fun one. Client requested to copy (overwrite) a database folder from a prod server to a test server. This broke server explorer, i.e. the database wouldn't appear. HF12 is up but 951_HF12_x86_server.zip is corrupted when I try to extract it.
