Yes all other user are working fine,
looks like it could be a CiTRIX problem, going to destroy the profile and re-create and see if that solves the problem.

I finally resolved the issue with all your help, she connected her machine to a proxy last week thursday. So that is how the issue occured!

a Client is running a Perspectives version of TM1 9.0 Sp3, the program has been working fine up untill a week ago.
