Has TM1 or an earlier version of Cognos ever been installed on this server? If so, you may need to remove any traces from the registry...

I have copied a model from one server to another - all looks ok, except that the aliases are now missing from dimensions... Any idea what has caused this / how to fix?

We have just upgraded from TM1 V9.1 to 9.5.1. The rules are behaving differently following the upgrade! One of the end users of our system tells me that they moved an element to a different place in the dimension, and that this caused the weighting to be lost... Is this possible? What other things could the end user have done to cause this to happen?
