Re: Takes long time to load the server
Thanks Alan for your quick response. I had a look at the tm1server.log file which tells me which cubes are taking long time. One of those cubes is a very small cube with only two measures having rules and takes 10 mins to load. So, I loaded this cube and its feeder cube only (as mentioned in the pre...

Takes long time to load the server
Hi Guys, I am currently using 9.1 SP4 on Windows 2003 R2 64 bit machine with 32GB memory. The Data folder is only 700MB, but it takes 45 minutes to load. I then realized the MaximumCubeLoadThreads was not set to maximum, which I then changed to maximum and it brought the loading time to 25 mins. But...

Re: TM1 Licencing
Thanks to you all for your valuable suggestions. It helps a lot. It looks like Mid Market edition is the best option given the scenario we have. Even with Mid Market, the cost is much higher than what we are currently paying. It will be a huge challenge for me to convince the management for this big...

Load data from another cube
I am trying to create a new cube that has slightly different structure to the old one, e.g. removing a few dimensions and adding a few new ones. In order to move the data across to the new cube, I have built a process that loads data from an existing view of the old cube. Even through the view seems...
