Re: Save Data/Server Shutdown/Backup questions...
Hi RJ, We had this problem recently that the nice people at Infocat help to resolve. Can you check to see if... • That the 'SaveDataAll' command is in the Epilog • That the chore does not include any other processes I personally thought it didn't really matter where you put the Savedataall (prolog o...

TM1 in MS Sharepoint
Hi, We have a requirement here to incorporate TM1 into MS Sharepoint. I am aware that you can do this by having Cognos BI, so TM1 =>Cognos=>Sharepoint. But this is a 80-100K solution. I think there was MDX mentioned some time back, but I'm certain that this was complicated and requires high level of...

Excel recalculation
Hi, Does anyone know how to stop Excel recalculating after one logs onto the TM1 server? It seems that even though we have Auto recalc off, when you have (often large) speadsheet open and then log onto TM1 server, Excel just recalculates. Is there anyway to turn this off as I am sure this did not ha...

Re: Freezing issue with TM1 client on Citrix
Hi,
Excel actually does not crash or provide any error message. The screen is simply frozen; no hour glass to say it's recalcing or anything.
TM1top still has the user logged on and idle. There are usually no other processes running.
Cheers,
Ken

Freezing issue with TM1 client on Citrix
Morning all, We have an issue where TM1 would simply freeze (just frozen screen. No crash error message) when we do simple things like recalc of view in TM1 Cube Viewer. This happens sporadically and can occur 5/6 times a day. Our IT has no idea why this is happening and re-installing Excel and TM1 ...
