Thank you for your reply. I do appear to be missing something as I have that option in 2003 but not 2007.
See Attachment below. What am I missing to not have the rebuild option ?

Action buttons in excel 2003 and 2007
Hi We currently work in Excel 2003 but hope to upgrade to 2007 shortly. I am testing some of our current active forms in 2007 to check they work OK. We have a an action button in one report that is used to rebuild the worksheet ( in 2003) Looking at the same report in 2007, this button does not work...
