I am on 9.5.2. For the past couple month, I can't add a group or user in a normal way. I always get "HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found" message. Any one had this issue?

I did some reading on the manual but all it tell me that role can add/delete/modify the client/group, it doesn't specific said if this role can disconnect the client or not. By the way I did some research on this topic and it came back with too many entries and I need the answer pretty quickly. Thanks

Can security admin disconnect a client or only the full admin? I can't get it working. Also is there another way to disconnect a client?
