May be you should change provider. There is no problem with IBM documentation as we have done that before both using OPENSSL (for testing) as well as cert provider. Thanks for the advice. One more step I didn’t mention is after completing all the steps in post I also for good measure, split the RootCA.cer, IntermediateCA.cer, Encrypt.cer and Sign.cer files and imported them to the keystore. I ran into this issue when FP4 had just come out. I spent 2 weeks with IBM Support and finally he told me "Oh we have an FP4 interim fix"

Tell them you need separate key pairs for signing and encryption. It should be possible as we have done that before through corporate CA. Thanks for the reply.
