Well it happened again this morning and it looks like I've found out what the culprit was... there was a default view on a control cube and when I've deleted that folder from the data directory it has started up fine. Does anyone use this product for documentation/diagnostics/deployments etc? We are looking into purchasing it but would appreciate any reviews/experience if anyone uses it and would like to share their experience.

Then why not just create your own total with a SUM formula in Excel. Leave all the dimensions as leaves and then write a formula at the bottom.
