Fix pack 3 solve the user name issue but if you are using perspective you will face issue with fix pack 3. Also cafe with security mode 5 is not working with fix pack 3

I also faced the same issue. Which browser version are you currently using? My issue resolved after using IE 11 browser. Tm1 10.2.2 support IE 9 and above browser only.

You can rather use a "SUBSETISALLSET" Function in Epilog. This will solve your purpose (I guess).
