I have met this situation, sometimes reinstalling TM1 can resolve it, but sometimes when I reinstall TM1 it still happens.I have not got the resolution by now.

There is a setting in the web.config file that you can set the user and password. It's proably not working as this may be new. How you fix without using soe kind of integrate login I'm not sure, Jim. Hi,Jim Can you tell me how to do this in detail and I can not find web.config file in TM1 10.2.2?
