Hi Paul,
I thought temp views and subsets only existed whilst the TI was running and there was no need to destroy them. I guess if you have a "permanent" view with the same name then maybe you do?
Cheers
Mike

Re: 3 simple steps to Active form and chart harmony
macsir,
Please follow the link which describes the Creation process in Excel (although without the active form).
https://trumpexcel.com/dynamic-chart-range/
As an added bonus it also shows hot to create dynamic ranges for pre Excel 2007 users.
If you need anything more please let me know.

3 simple steps to Active form and chart harmony
First of all apologies if this has been posted before. As I am sure you are all aware charting from an Active form can be a p.i.t.a so below are 3 easy steps to overcome the challenges. N.B. Excel 2007 and above required. 1. Create the Active form from perspectives with the rows and columns you wish...

Re: No read access to element, cannot view
Hi, Thanks for the response. I am an admin user and all group have at least write permission in the dimension. What I did to cause this was write a process to load an alternative consolidation on this dimension. When I ran the process it deleted the existing consolidation level and added the new one...

No read access to element, cannot view
Hi All,
A bit of a newbie to TM1 and having played around with a dimension I get the above error message. Any clues?
Thanks
Mike

Public UDCs 9.1 SP4
Hi All,
Can anyone advise why Public UDCs are a bad idea and why they are ok as private (well this is what I am being told anyway).
We are experiencing odd behaviour with our server and the UDCs are being blamed.
Thanks in advance

Re: TM1 9.1.4 SP4 HF5 x64
Hi Steve, thanks for the reply but sadly that's not the case There is for certain data waiting to be loaded. The only bit of complexity we add in is that we send a sql call to update the staus of the batch from U to IP and in the eoilog it should set it to P. But the process exits leavingeg the batc...

TM1 9.1.4 SP4 HF5 x64
Hi, Does anyone know what the latest release for 9.1.4 x64 is? Also we are experiencing a lot of problems with server crashes and Processes saying they have completed successfully when they have actually skipped from the prolog to the completed successfully message without loading the metadata or th...
