No splitting. How do they spilt ?

Seems to fail when our accountant tries to Export to PDF or Snapshot to Excel when Entity is select (and it shows 32 elements), note this one of the smallest divisions. but is the accountant select period (1 period) it's fine, no issues. hope that helps.

That didn't work, still getting the same error message. Only thing left to do, is backup up all the users data and reformat the user laptop and re-install everything. I don't want to do that if possible.

Not sure if anyone else had this issue in version 10.1.1 of TM1web, when trying to export a 64 page to PDF or Snapshot to Excel. You get the following error message " Number of sheets to export exceeds maximum allowed"

Anyone have a solution ?
