Did you define the new TM1 instance in IBM Cognos TM1 Application Configuration ? You need to do that. A new TM1 Server Instance has already been defined in the Configuration. You can check the TM1 Transactional Log to check any client's login time and transaction done by him. It also allows you to provide a particular date and time and the Client's name.
