Does anyone know why additional empty LOG_xxxx.WIN files (like LOG_2044.WIN) are created in the My Documents folder on a user's computer every time they log into TM1 through Perspectives 9.5? The more important question is how can this be stopped?

I have actually seen a similar issue where the icons and labels disappear. The TM1 ribbon in Excel 2007 is completely blank. Restarting Excel has been the only solution that I've seen.
