Re: Fix pack fixes & bugs
We had some excel crashes with FP2 that disappeared with FP3, sometimes and in some computers with XP, FP2 was slow to appear in excel 2003, and FP3 is not doing that. We made some tests with FP3 and we feel is more stable than other MR1 FP previous versions. We are moving there.
Cheers,

Re: TM1 workflow
I like the email "alert" feature and the task history that can be saved to know the comments about why the budget is rejected, the usage is easy, but I agree with the comment about "locking out" budget data, the user can still change submitted data if the budget versión is open ...

Re: Open the same report to the time in tm1web it marks error
Hello, The question is meant to mean the following: When two different users enter tm1web and open the same excel report at the same time, one of this users can enter but the other one has a connection error. What we think is the problem is here, is that the report on TM1Web is only available to the...

moving to 9.5
Hello, Some advice please.. We are on 9.1.4, we would like to move to 9.4 MR1 FP3 because we believe is more stable after 3 fix packs, but 9.5 was released last december, with no FP up to now. ¿Does somebody migrated a "big database model" to 9.5? ¿any experience?. End of life statements...

My concern is bigger..
TM1 9.5 Release Notes 9.5.0
IBM Cognos TM1 9.5 Release Notes > End-of-life statements > TM1 9.0, TM1 9.1
As of December 31, 2010 IBM Cognos will no longer support the 9.0 and 9.1 versions of the TM1 software.

Re: TM1 Workflow: compile error in hidden module: frmTaskActions
Mmmh never installed TM1 on vista, but on the IBM link of the fix pack 2 it says: "There were no new corrections for TM1 Workflow 9.4.1 since FP1 but there were changes made in TM1 Workflow 9.4.1 FP1." Maybe you should use the latest fix pack and/or reinstall if you havent before. the frmT...

Re: Publishing a TM1 Websheet on another report
The cost manager should be a user in both Cost and Report Server, as wellt he finance manager.
What we saw is that this only work if Cost and Report TM1 Servers are in Server A.
We are just testing.
Thanks kangkc

Publishing a TM1 Websheet on another report
Hello guys, Does anyone knows if it is possible to view a report of tm1 websheet on another physical server. We have two tm1 servers (Costing and Finance) on a Server A and a single tm1 reporting server on a Server B for web purposes. For example a Cost Report.xls is pointing to the Cost Cube on the...

Avoid WebSheet printing and coping
Hello guys, This probably sounds weird, but, is there a way to avoid printing or coping data from a websheet of tm1 9.1.x? In other words just look to the data on a report.. With a migration from 8.4.x to 9.1.x some body experienced a problem with the TM1Web 8.4.x option/function Display Toolbar? Wi...

Re: Does cognos express server only work on 64bit?
I installed the trial on 32-BIT it works fine, but you need some extra memory (more than 2GB) to dont get old and angry while testing . Requirements say 64-bit, I agree on David comment. I liked Advisor, it has a nice and friendly working interface, it designs cubes and process automatically for som...

Oracle ODBC for a TM1 64 bit server
Hello
A little about servers, we would like to know if somebody connected a Oracle 10g database on Solaris (32-bit) to a Win 64-bit TM1 Server via ODBC.
Free drivers exists?
Thanks,
