Does anyone know where to find the same documentation in PDF format?

We configured our SSL (tm1 10.1.1) using Cer file (both tm1 web and tm1 app); no conversion was required to PFX or PEM.

In addition to what other contributors recommended above...try using the Dataflow Diagram feature if you use 10.2 version.

Do you remember the certificate file format you used to import certificate in the tomcat keystore (for tm1 app) and microsoft certificate store (for tm1 web)? I believe the files should have PEM and PFX extensions respectively. Please confirm.

When you create a TM1 server (data directory), TM1 creates many “system” cubes and dimensions, such as }ClientGroups. Has anyone seen IBM documents that list all systems generated objects and their description/purpose, do and don’t, etc.

Review the install log folder (instlog) in your tm1 installed location. You may find many helpful files (I like summary_error file) to show what components have been installed.

Performance modeler offers a dimensional function called 'Cumulate' when you create a Calculation dimension. Try that.

Just throwing an idea…can you replace your current approval hierarchy dim (with 6000 elements) to another dimension that has elements such as user1, user2, user3 etc. Make that new dim an approval hierarchy.

It depends on your audience:
FPA – it is a budget and forecasting tool
IT – it is an in-memory OLAP database for financial planning

Check out the prerequisites for IBM TM1 certification, and also web search TM1 developer/admin job descriptions to get some ideas.
