We got an enquiry from Customer asking whether the current TM1 version will support Excel 2016. The answer is "NO" from IBM. We may have to wait.

Hello TM1 Masters, We have recently upgraded to TM1 10.2.2 from 9.5.2. We have resources who use Citrix to log on to TM1. From the time upgrade happened, whenever we log on to TM1 the “Admin Host” goes blank each time we disconnect from Citrix and we have to add the server names each time we log on....

We finally resolved the issue. The issue is that user is sorting the rows in active form and trying to refresh.
Because of which template is not refreshed as expected.
