Thanks guy. i've done as you've suggested. removing the rule and loading data does indeed work.
so it narrows it down to a feeders issue. I'll study them and see what i can do.

Hi, I'm running TM1 10.1 for a client and we're trying to set the homepage for each client. It appears that we can only select files with the extension .xls, and not .xlsx. Is this just normal behaviour or a TM1 bug that IBM needs to fix? Also - does anyone know what the difference is between .xls ...
