Re: Perspective Best Practices

Thanks for the quick response Declan. I took a look at the }Externals directory and none of the files that exist in Applications exist there. I just realized that everything under Applications are just shortcuts. Is that typically how Perspectives is deployed?

Re: TM1 10.1 Performance issue

Thanks for the feedback lotsaram. I did get my load process to work normally again. It seems that if I use a public named subset in the cube view for the source it takes the process considerably longer to complete whereas if defaults are selected it seems to run normally. Also, the VeiwZeroOut works...

Re: Allocations Rule

UPDATE Here's what I did. Which works well but I still need to sort out the feeders to improve performance. Considering this post only had one response I don't have much expectation this will do any better. Created a two dimensional cube containing a Allocation Profile with Location and Department a...

Re: Allocations Rule

Yes. 0 brands and the rest roll into an All Brands consolidation. I don't necessarily need to do this within the same cube and I'm open to creation of new cubes to manage. Just looking for direction.

Thanks.

Allocations Rule

Hey All. I'm somewhat of a noob to TM1 and have been implementing TM1 Cognos 10. The environment is 64 bit Win Server 2008 R2 with the appropriate versions of TM1 and Cognos BI(runtime) utilized for security authentication. This information really isn't relative to my question but I just read the po...
