Check your tm1top.ini file and tm1top.ini file is in the same folder as tm1top.exe ?

Is it required to write feeders for drill through rule ? My assumption it is not required please advise .

Manually delete TM1 folder from install location and delete IBM cognos TM1 folder from All programs . If you are aware of any other location manually delete all install files. Try a fresh install and and check build number/version number . This might be bug in 10.2.2 . I ran into same issue with 10....

IBM replied to PMR asking to add tm1s.log properties file which is provide by IBM to config folder and wait till issue repeats again so that they can debug it. Not much helpful.

Try to stop and start Application server/Admin server from Cognos Configuration . I think you are using windows services directly to stop and start.

As Jim suggested i would go with unistall present set up and do a fresh install and save cognos configuration. Many times it worked for me
