Performance Modeller - Error Starting Java VM
Hi, We are getting "Error Starting Java VM" while click on Performance Modeller. We tried few steps to resolve this issue such as: 1. Repair Performance Modeller 2. Installed JRE 3. Re-Installed C++ distribution package 4. Re-Installed TM1 But nothing works and still getting the same error...

Hi,
Can i take 2016 user logon details from tm1 server? I checked in View Audit Log and given one year, but it is not executing. it gives output only for the recent ten days.
Where I can find this information from the TM1 server?

Unable to see rule editor
I have my VDI (Citrix Virtual Desktop - Client) and I can see the rule editor when I login and but not able to see if I am directly login to windows server where TM1 admin server is configured.
Please help me to identify the issue. Thanks in advance.
