Hi, I do have my TM1 connecting to CAM/Cognos BI using Level 5.
I don't want to use a Cognos BI license though, like Consumer. How can I achieve this?
Thanks
Jason

Re: Multiple TM1 Apps
Hi QML, I now understand your sentence "corresponding working folder". I just read that wrong.
That did work, the only issue let is like I was saying after fully authenticated I still see original folder not the new one created.
Please advise if you can.
Thanks!

Re: TM1 Security and Active Directory
Sorry, I have to admit being very green on this.
Maybe I'll say this, our utlimate goal would be to manage user's security groups from AD and not have to use Architech or Perspectives.
Is this possible, how would I go about doing that?
Thanks!

Re: Multiple TM1 Apps
Hi QML, I deleted the copy of the tm1web folder I had created and renamed. I then copied and renamed the tm1web.war. I don't know what you mean by the "corresponding working folder". If I only make copy of Tm1web.war and restart Tomcat it creates a new folder with new name, I then modify t...

Re: Multiple TM1 Apps
Hi QML, It seems to work!! After I login (SSO) the URL looks like this: http://servername.com:9510/tm1web/applications.jsp. I made copy of the folder \webapps\tm1web\ and renamed it. Is is normal that I don't see the renamed folder? It reverted back to /tm1web after fully logged in. Let me know. j.

Re: Multiple TM1 Apps
So I can name /tm1web anything? It would make sense to name it after my application.
i will give it a go!

Re: Multiple TM1 Apps
Thanks QML! Can you provide a little more details? I am using 10.2.2. One app and one webserver. In my \webapps\tm1web\WEB-INF\configuration\tm1web_config.xml I have the following parameters set/or not set. SET <add key="AdminHostName" value="servername.com" /> NOT SET <add key=&...

Multiple TM1 Apps
It seems like if you have more then one TM1 App/server using the same webserver you will get a pick list to choose which one you would like to use. Is there a way to avoid this picklist and go straight to the App you want? Two different URLs?
Thanks
Thanks

TM1 Security and Active Directory
Hi,
Can I map a AD group to TM1 group? Similar how Cognos BI works with AD?
I'd like to modify a Tm1 users groups from AD so I would not need to use Architect or Perspectives.
Thanks

Re: Google Analytics and TM1 Web
Thanks All,
I was hoping it wouldn't be so tricky.
I thought that that maybe i could add it to tm1webapp.js or maybe applications.jsp.
I tired the first on and it does track but only if I do a full F5 refresh, navigating to different sheets doesn't refresh the entire frame it seems.

Google Analytics and TM1 Web
Hi,
Does anyone use Google Analytics to track activity? I know you have to add the Google code snippet. What page(s) should it be added to?
I am using Tm1 web 10.2.2.
Thanks
Jason

Logging into TM1 With Jmeter
Hi, I am running TM1 10.2.2. I am logging into TM1 using a simpleprovider.jar. So I have a bunch of users/passwords stored in a file. I do the following recordings in Jmeter. 1. Goto website TM1 website. 2. Select Namespace from popup - in this case i choose my simpleprovider not AD. 3. Enter credit...

Export from TM1 to Oracle
Hi, Currently we are exporting tm1 data to oracle via ODBC. It works but it seems a little slow. 1. Can we use OLEDB? If yes, 2. What would need to be installed from a TM1 perspective (if anything) 3. What would need to be installed from a Oracle Client perspective (if anything). 4. What would the T...

Hi, I'm running 9.5.2, FP1, HF6. Yesterday I had to re-install the Tm1server app layer and now my slice to Excel, export to excel and .pdf from TM1Web is not working. Here is the error message. Re: TM1 & Jmeter
I can see which user is failing. If I login to tm1web manauly using that same user the websheet opens without issue so it shouldn't be a security thing, I think. Also I think if it was security the error message would be different, in that case it is finding the websheet just not able to continue, i...

TM1 & Jmeter
Hi,
I'm running Jmeter (batch load testing) with TM1.
The script opens websheets, refreshes, makes minor changes.
When I run with 10 users sometimes 1 of the users will not open a websheet. I get the following error: "Fail to find target websheet"
Any ideas?
Thanks!
