TM 1 Project Manager required for contract- Guildford UK.

Day rate £500 plus. Together with the project team, the TM1 Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that this system provides planning and reporting data in the correct way to the Finance community. Once the project has ended, the role will be key to refining, managing and maintaining the information within this system, thereby ensuring timely and accurate reporting capabilities, and the flexibility to meet changing demands of the business.

The role will be responsible for:
• Support and development to the TM1 planning system within the UK
• Implement changes required within the system to support planning cycle development
• Utilise knowledge to enhance user experience of system
• Provide coaching to Finance & Control teams on supporting systems and to new recruits.
• Establish procedures and controls for Finance & Controls TM1 usage
• As part of this role, a working knowledge of Business Warehouse would be beneficial, working with the BW expertise that exists in other areas of Finance to deliver a comprehensive solution to our reporting requirements
• Business Warehouse Expertise to the UK Finance community
• Provide coaching to Finance & Control teams on supporting systems and to new recruits.
• Identify opportunities to increase BW utilisation within Finance & Control teams
• Provide expert support to users of the system

The required skills include:
• Data management experience (can be concurrent with Accounting experience)
• Ability to analyse impact of Master Data/Data Architecture changes on existing processes and reports
• Able to identify and resolve problems
• Influencing skills
• Skills base in data architecture, management methods and tools
• Good analytical skills
