TM1Web Error - System.EnterpriseServices.dll not found

Hi,

I have installed TM1 9.5.2 on Windows XP. TM1 is running fine but TM1Web throws the following error:

Compiler Error Message: CS0006: Metadata file 'C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_32\System.EnterpriseServices\2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a\System.EnterpriseServices.dll' could not be found

Please see the attached screen shot for details and let me know how to fix this error

Did you check if the error message "Metadata file 'C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_32\System.EnterpriseServices\2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a\System.EnterpriseServices.dll' could not be found" is correct ?

Does the DLL 'System.EnterpriseServices.dll' exist in the directory 'C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_32\System.EnterpriseServices\2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a\' ?


That DLL is but a temporary copy of the original DLL 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\System.EnterpriseServices.dll'.

Does the original DLL 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\System.EnterpriseServices.dll' exist ?


If not, your Microsoft .Net Framework installation is incomplete, corrupt or broken.

If so, you should uninstall your Microsoft .Net Framework installation, reboot your computer and reinstall the Microsoft .Net 3.5 SP1 Framework using the 231 MB big Full Install package offered by Microsoft for free download by the URL ->

Check if you have .NET Framework 4 installed on the computer. If you have it installed then uninstall it.

Then you can install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. If you already have the .NET 3.5 installed then in Control Panel (Add/Remove Programs) you can select REPAIR. This step will repair your .NET 3.5 installation.

Once .NET repair is done you will be good to go.
