Need to Insert Second line of Dimensions in Worksheet

I have a Cube with Dimensions X1,X2,X3,X4 and i created a worksheet where X1,X2,X3,X4 are in a row we can select the elements by dropdown in TM1 Web.

Issue:

I need a Button when i Press the Button the Sheet should create one more Row of X1. X2 ..X3..X4 Dimensions where we can select again some elements in X1 or X2 or X3.. IN 2ND Row

Need Delete Button for Deleting Any Row Of Dimensions in the workbook.

Can any one give me the logic where to start with???
