Cognos TM1 Specialist
Reporting Solutions Analyst
London, £30k - £40k pa basic + excellent benefits

Our leading financial services organisation is looking for a Reporting Solutions Analyst based in London in order to play a part in its ongoing expansion.

You shall work as a part of the MI Reporting Solutions Team in order to manage and develop work streams to support the implementation of a senior company wide MI Capability providing hands on support and analysis of current capability on all aspects of MI Production and Development.

Your responsibilities shall include: -

· Manage own work streams in the implementation of an innovative MI Exec MI Capability, including the construction of an online dashboard and a multidimensional analysis capability to support business performance analysis.
· Support the wider MI Capability team in analysing the current strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of individual international MI Functions.
· Maintain effective communications with stakeholders, keeping them advised of progress, managing expectations and resolving any concerns.

Your technical responsibilities shall include: -

· Extensive experience in developing IBM / Cognos TM1 solutions.
· Additional experience in a wide range of different MI toolsets either focusing on reporting (such as COGNOS Powerplay, ReportStudio or Hyperion Essbase) or Data Manipulation (such as Advanced SQL or SQL Server) would be highly advantageous.
· Practical experience of data warehouses and database design and construction.
