Licensing for Docker EE

Hi, I am struggling to find proof for using Docker EE freely on Windows Server 2016 or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.
It is said that if we are Windows Server 2016 customer already or RHEL 7 with subscription, then no extra license fee is needed for installing and using Basic Docker EE? The most useful links I found so far are

Docker EE Basic comes with your Windows Server license. It says that right on the link you provided:

Docker Enterprise (Windows Server) is available at no additional cost to all Windows Server 2019 and 2016 customers. Technical support is aligned to the Microsoft support entitlement and provided by Microsoft.

No one said Docker EE on RHEL was free. What is free is the RedHat version of Docker that comes with the RHEL 7 subscription.

Thanks for pointing out. Yes, I saw that and believe so. However, our IT requires sort of "official document" to assert that.
We have RHEL 7 subscription but just looking for same thing as above if going Linux way.
