Hi All,
I have integrated TM1 ( 10.2.2) and BI ( 10.2) to use CAM authentication
BI Environment: It is a distributed environment ( Windows 2008 R2 ). BI set up is there on seven different boxes - Content Store, Gateway, Reporting 1, Reporting 2. Reporting 3, Reporting 4, Reporting 5
TM1 Environment: Single Server Installation on Windows 2008 R2
Integrated Mode: 5
Issue:When I try to access TM1 Applications Web there is looping in URL and the screen is blank, returns no error message
------
For CAM to work
Copied variables_plan.xml from bi_interop.zip to Content Store, Gateway, Reporting 1, Reporting 2. Reporting 3, Reporting 4, Reporting 5 in the path c10\Templetes\PS\Portal.
Copied planning.html to C10\Webcontent, icon_active_application.gif to c10\webcontent\ps\portal\images , icon_active_application.gif to c10\webcontent\icd\feeds\images on BI Gateway Server.
Modified fpmsvc_config/xml with appropriate dispatcher and gateway URI, I am able to access dispatcher and gateway URI from bowser.
After the above changes I have restarted All BI Services and TM1 Server, then when I try to access http://fdqn:9510/pmpsvc the url loops and returns blank page without any error.
Even I tried the procedure in the below post nothing worked out.

Please help me to fix this issue
Thanks,
Radhika

Re: TM1 Applications: Looping in URL
Hello All,
This issue is resolved.
Fix: Use the dispatcher URI of Content Manager instead of Reporting Server.
Thanks,
Radhika
