TM1Web display error !

Hi all,

I have problem with TM1 Web.
There are three window user accounts on my server (1,2,3). Account 1,2 were able to open websheet on TM1 web but account 3 wasn't.
There was no error message, TM1 web just displayed nothing.

Strange, have you been using the same computer for Account 1, 2 and 3?

Also check if these accounts have the same Security setup within TM1

On top of the TM1 Security setup I would also check that they have the same windows rights to all the temp web folders (they are specifically pointed out in the web install docs).

I can tell you to ignore my advice posted earlier. We have been testing 10.1 FP1 and one of my fellow developers just brought up a similar issue.

After debugging our issue it was entirely PC and user specific. To fix we did a complete reset of IE. Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Reset

Please save off your favorites since this operation deletes these out.

That solved our issue.
