Post by nataraja.pl@tcs.com »

HI,

I am creating an Active form Report, it has morethan 1000 Columns.but Active form not copying DBRW Formula from 1st row for 1000+ columns.

I changed TM1RPTFMTRNG upto BZZ column.i am doubting is there any restriction columns in Active form?.

Please advice.Thanks in Advance.

Regards,
Nataraja

Hello

Did you really mean 1000+ columns? Who would want to use such a report?
Also, column BZZ is column 2054. Why would you want to go that far?

Please note that extending the formatting range (TM1RPTFMTRNG) is not going to help.
All other formulas are correct (like TM1RptView and so on)?

It helps if you insert columns to the left of the last column, rather than adding columns to the right.

But 1000+ columns is simply not done. I doubt the architecture of the report / cube could not be improved.

Wim

I can't see performance being so great in such a large (if possible) sheet either. Keep in mind how performance start to de-grade in large Excel sheets, not to mention stability.

Report? More like a data dump that best would be done with TI rather than an active form.
