Yesterday I had the joy to get a 3 months old service request resolved,
and this is the resolution to that issue, word for word:
We have investigated your issue with Opera and have discovered it is a bug in the Siebel software. Unfortunately our Insight team will only support Insight on Internet Explorer 6 at present, so there are no plans to rectify this problem. Apologies for the inconvenience.
And this is as close as to what went through my mind just after reading the above:
