Any Englishmen want to employ me?

Post by Martin Ryan »

I'm heading over to the UK. I'll arrive in three weeks - 15th of June. I'm looking for some contract work (or at least contract rates!). At the moment I'm thinking I'll branch out from TM1, so I'm looking for general Business Analysis or Project Management roles.

If you know someone who might be looking for someone, please send me a private message.

Cheers,
Martin

Have you tried contacting the Cognos UK office?

At last I am gainfully employed! Contracting at Transdev Plc in London.

Now to sort out the housing situation. Plucky young 'uns in the hostel/hovel I'm staying at were partying till 4am last night. Gah. How dare they enjoy their youth.

My wife and I are looking for a place outside of London. We're looking at a couple of places in Surbiton and Epsom tomorrow (both in Surrey, south of London for the non-natives).

We're steering clear of house shares this time. Time to pretend we're growed ups.

You've brought the wife with you???? Repeat after me: Oxford St is rubbish and there are no decent shops there. Say it enough and the wife might actually beleive you! Keep to it and staying in London can be a bit cheaper.
